When we found the right property we all jumped on it, Tina had paperwork ready to roll, a colleague to secure the loan with and great advice on ensuring the offer was right.  Right down to knowing the best inspectors, getting small things repaired before closing, termite inspection etc., Tina was there every step of the way to make sure we had everything in order for success!  Closing the deal was a smooth victory and we couldn’t have been happier.  Tina is also always here for continued support and advice!  She knows what improvements will increase property value best and can refer multiple respectable people and companies for various home related needs—and being a true San Diego Realtor, she appreciates a good property value and real estate discussion over a great pint of local beer at a local spot!  Tina continues to be a good friend and our valued Realtor!
